We ask they all come to school at 8:00am for their hot breakfast. \nResearch shows that children who eat breakfast perform better in tests\, as well as improving mental agility\, a good breakfast also elevates mood. SUMMARY:Pentecost Celebration
DESCRIPTION:Monday 20th May we invite children to wear red\, yellow or orange (like flames) for our Pentecost celebration. We ask for a £1 donation which will go to Marys Meals which serves nutritious school meals to children living in some of the world’s poorest countries. The promise of a good meal attracts these hungry children into the classroom\, giving them the energy to learn and hope for a better future. \nThey are already feeding more than 2.4 million children every school day – and together\, we can reach the next hungry child waiting for Mary’s Meals.
